Our Weight Management program is evidence based and our strategy is focused on complete personalisation. Each individual is vastly different with a unique physiology, metabolism, lifestyle and food preferences and tailoring the program to your specific needs is essential to your weight loss success. We will work with you on a one-to-one basis to ensure that your personal needs are accounted for. We will provide you with an 8 or 12 week program and provide coaching throughout the entire process.

This is the highest level of nutrition service that RT Performance & Nutrition offers. Our experience tells us it takes at least 3 months to develop, change and successfully begin a nutritional behaviour change so we have designed this program with those goals in mind. We work with you on a very frequent basis so accountability and motivation are high and ensure your continued progress towards your health and performance goals.

TRACK & MONITOR your pROGRESS

We utilise digital platforms so that each client has 24 hour access to our nutrition and training services. Through our personalised web, mobile, and in person experiences, we guide each client through to their end goal.
